We believe good communication is important.  Our doctors will listen closely to your concerns and questions and take the time to explain what’s happening and what should be done.  We will work together with you to reach a final decision and treatment plan.  We have an open door policy – we’ll take you anywhere in the hospital to show you what we can do and what’s happening to your pet.  You’re invited to watch us bandage your pet’s hurt paw, draw blood to run some blood tests, clean your pet’s teeth, visit your sick, hospitalized pet, or scan your pet’s abdomen with an ultrasound.  We want you to feel comfortable and informed about your pet’s condition and needed treatments.  Your peace of mind is important to us.
