Emergencies

If you have an emergency, or aren’t sure, you should call us.  We’ll have you talk to one of our Technicians to figure out what you should do.  In most cases, we’ll tell you to come down right away and our Health Care Team and doctors will take good care of you and your pet.  In some instances, we may determine it’s actually more appropriate for you to go directly to an emergency hospital instead.  Either way, call us.
