As you might imagine, working in the veterinary profession is a dream for some people.  We can’t think of a better way to help pets and people.  If you have a desire to join this profession, we can get you started by offering a half day observation.  We usually have quite a few requests for this activity, so we may need to put you on a waiting list for a few weeks until we have time to spend with you.  When you’re ready, call us or email us.  Ask for Heather at the Front Desk, she’s our volunteer coordinator.  She’ll work out the details with you.

Besides our half day observation, we also have students who are applying to the PCC Veterinary Technology Program visit us for their 40 hours of observation.  We usually have 4-5 students visit us per year between March and May for this activity.  There is limited space, so call us as soon as possible.
