We have five main positions in our hospital:

Client Care Representatives are responsible for making sure that our clients and patients have a great experience and understand when they are supposed to return for follow-up care. CCRs also play an important role in attracting new clients to our hospital and keeping our established clients happy & satisfied. They are the first person a client talks to and the last face they see before leaving.

Doctor Assistants are responsible for making sure our clients are seen in a timely manner and understand what medical care is necessary to have their pets live a long, healthy, happy life. They confirm that our patients are current with necessary preventative care needs. DAs also assist the doctor in the exam room. DA’s manage our prescription refill requests, and help our hospital technicians with patient treatments, blood draws, lab work, and prepping for anesthetic procedures.

Certified Veterinary Technicians are responsible for making sure that our patients have the best care and pain management while staying with us. CVTs have three primary roles: a) our hospital technicians care for our hospitalized patients and communicate with clients about their pet’s progress, b) our anesthesia technicians handle our surgery and dentistry cases, and c) our outpatient technicians see our technician appointments and assist with outpatient procedures like blood draws, x-rays, bandage changes, fluid administration, and filling prescriptions.

Animal Care Assistants are responsible for keeping our hospital facility, grounds, and equipment clean and functional. They are responsible for managing our prescription diets inventory. They also ensure that our patients have clean, dry bedding, and that our supplies and blankets are in order and fully stocked. Their final responsibility is assisting the staff with basic medical procedures.

Veterinarians are responsible for examining, diagnosing, recommending the best treatment plans, performing surgery and dental procedures, and communicating clearly with clients to determine what’s best for them and their pet.
